An order made via this site ("order") is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by processing the order and confirming via email.
We will deliver the products set out in your order ("products") almost anywhere in New Zealand. We do not deliver outside New Zealand, however, an overseas order may still be placed with a New Zealand delivery address. Delivery is made by courier (our preferred delivery agent is Courier post).
We endeavour to deliver all products within 5 working days of us processing the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location*), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any). We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.
The anticipated delivery charges (if applicable) will be notified to you when you complete the order.
Cancelling Orders: www.NRLTradingCards.co.nz reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason or to cancel the purchase agreement after order confirmation, including (without limitation) where www.NRLTradingCards.co.nz believes the order to be fraudulent or constitute a misuse of a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occurred including but not limited to errors relating to pricing. If we do cancel your order or purchase agreement, we accept no liability for any resulting damages or costs suffered by you, however we will refund the purchase price to you (where it has already been paid).
Payment types accepted are Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards.
At this stage we do not accept Gift Vouchers, Cheques or Internet Banking as methods of payment.
Transactions will be billed in $NZ. You will need to submit your credit card details at the time your order is placed on the website, a confirmation email will then be sent to confirm the goods purchased and the value of your order.
We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the order and contact you to inform you that your order will not be processed. We may process this order or further orders if you make a payment.

The prices for the products listed on this site are in $NZ dollars and include GST, but don't include any delivery charges.
Pricing errors: Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.
Special Offers: Special deals and offers on this site are only valid for so long as they are displayed, unless expressly stated otherwise.
You can return any product you buy from us for a full refund or exchange within 10 working days of purchase, no matter what the reason. The product must be returned in its original condition with supporting paperwork and appropriate packaging.

However the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events. By placing an order, you agree not to hold www.NRLTradingCards.co.nz liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
Physical delivery address required as delivery is by courier
We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address so please provide a physical address.
Delivery will be by courier or freight forwarder. An email will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched to enable you to track and trace your order.
Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you are unavailable to sign for an item when our courier calls, we will leave a card at the delivery address so you can arrange for the re-delivery or collection of your goods.
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.
Addressing: If a product is found to be mis-addressed by www.NRLTradingCards.co.nz then www.NRLTradingCards.co.nz shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then www.NRLTradingCards.co.nz will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.
Delivery only within New Zealand
An overseas order may be placed with a New Zealand delivery address. Currently, we do not deliver outside New Zealand.
Additional delivery charges
If applicable, estimated delivery charges will be displayed when you complete your order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the products are large/heavy or delivery is to a rural/remote location).
We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than originally estimated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.
We endeavour to ensure that any content will be current, accurate or complete when you access it. However, we will take steps to correct any error or inaccuracy in any content which is brought to our attention within a reasonable time.
